General meetings

First consultation: 60 minutes

At the initial consultation, I ask several questions to get to know you as a whole person. We will discuss your goals, lifestyle, activity level, medical history and current dietary habits. This is your opportunity to get answers to your questions, and together we will create a personalized plan that meets your needs. At this meeting we make your bioimpendance analysis for the determination of visceral fat, body fat mass and muscle mass. 

What should you bring with you?

You can make a list of questions and think about what you want to accomplish. If your goals are not clear, just be open. Please note that a referral to a health coach is not required.

Additional consultations: 45 – 60 minutes

We review your progress, determine what has worked for you, answer your questions, expand your knowledge, and develop strategies to overcome any challenges.

How often will we meet?

This will be discussed during the initial consultation. There are no set rules, but when establishing a new routine, I recommend fortnighlty consultations for four to six months to support change and develop new habits. The frequency of visits can be spread out as needed.

If you need to see a doctor and/or consult with a dietitian beforehand, it is best to do so before your first appointment so that we can plan our work together based on the diagnosis made by the professionals. If desired, our dietitian will determine at your zero appointment if you need therapy or if self-management with the help of a motivator is recommended.
